REALTORS & NEW BUYERS: All of the HOA documents requested by buyers and sellers are available under the HOA DOCUMENTS page.

TITLE COMPANIES: HOA demands should be sent to the Bookkeeper at Accounts@SeaviewHOA.org Upon closing, please provide the new owners name and contact information to the Secretary@SeaviewHOA.org so that we can send the new owners a Welcome Packet and ensure they have the access they need to the building and unit.


MONTHLY MEETINGS

The Board meets monthly, typically the 1st or 2nd Tuesday of each month at 7:00pm via Zoom.

Meetings are open to all unit owners to view and listen. Owners will be muted upon entry and it is requested that owners stay muted. There is time at the end of each meeting for owner questions and comments.
