Fractional ownerships are a 1/10th ownership giving you 5 deeded weeks on a rotation every 10 weeks.

Each Track’s week begins at 4:00pm on Friday with check-out by 11:00am the following Friday.

For fractional ownerships- make a note of the Unit # and the letter that follows (A-J) to see the dates assigned to that Track.

Please note that showings are typically only allowed on Fridays between noon-3pm. When an owner puts their track (week) up for sale, it’s common for the other owners to not want to be disturbed during their week and not allow showings during their stay. There are a few owners who are willing to allow showings during their stay- and sometimes an owner won’t be using their week, so please contact the listing agent to see if a different showing time could be allowed.

Each Fractional Ownership Unit is unique and offers different finishes, furnishings, amenities, decor, insurance, entertainment, views, etc. If you have questions about the specific unit you are interested in purchasing, please submit those questions to your Realtor.
