The rotation of weeks moves forward by 1 week every year to ensure that each owner can enjoy a bonus week every 10 years. The bonus week is the last week of the year which typically rolls over the new year.

2027 has 53 Fridays so there will be 2 bonus weeks.

Our current cleaning crew does not work on Holidays- the pink dates indicate a Holiday so check-out may need to be the day prior.

The first full week in January is a dark week, meaning no owner can use the unit. This time is set aside for deep cleaning or unit repairs/renovations.

*For 2027 this week might be variable depending on the Unit. Please contact your Unit Rep to confirm which week is Dark and which is Week F.
