PAYING DUES & ASSESSMENTS

For every check that you write, be sure to put your Unit Number and Week on the Memo Line. It is also helpful to write what the check is for.

One check for HOA Dues
A separate check for FOA Dues
A separate check for Capital Calls/Assessments

The reason for this is because these deposits go into separate bank accounts and it allows for cleaner bookkeeping records.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

The success of Seaview as a community and well maintained building depends on YOU, our fellow owners. There are some upcoming maintenance projects that we need volunteers for. If you have any connections to tradespeople or vendors, please reach out to the Board. If you have a passion for project management or you want to help make phone calls to vendors or help create a budget- please volunteer!
