The rotation of weeks moves forward by 1 week every year to ensure that each owner can enjoy a bonus week every 10 years. The bonus week is the last week of the year which typically rolls over the new year.

Our current cleaning crew does not work on Holidays- the pink dates indicate a Holiday so check-out may need to be the day prior.

The first full week in January is a dark week, meaning no owner can use the unit. This time is set aside for deep cleaning or unit repairs/renovations.
