The Seaview Condominium Association is located in Rockaway Beach, Oregon and features twelve 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom oceanfront condominium units, all of them with an ocean front view, in a 5 story tall building (parking garage level + 4 living levels).

Half of the Seaview units are wholly owned while the other half are fractionally owned.  Fractional units are divided into 1/10th ownership with 5 separate weeks of ownership/use per year on a rotational basis.
