RESERVE STUDY DISCUSSION

At the last meeting in December, the Reserve Study Committee proposed an annual lump sum contribution of $4,800 per unit each year.  This would be an ongoing yearly assessment to fund the reserve account and pay for repairs and maintenance.

The ORIGINAL Seaview Plan

DID YOU KNOW? Seaview was originally designed to be a 27 unit building. After Stage I was completed, it was decided that Stage II would never be built. It’s still fun to look at the original dream of the Seaview developer- check out the original building design!

Have you heard of PayHOA?

PayHOA is a single portal where unit owners can make online HOA payments, view payment history, view important HOA documents, submit housekeeping and maintenance requests, update contact information, and communicate with fellow unit owners. Their system allows us to continue using our bookkeeper, but lightens the bookeeper’s work load by sending/receiving HOA payments on their behalf. It does not replace the need for a bookkeeper. We are testing this system on a trial. Here’s a link to a 20 minute video where you can learn about the benefits of PayHOA: https://vimeo.com/350964325

Update 8/14: We intend to use PayHOA for dues invoicing and dues payment processing. You do not need to sign up for a PayHOA account. VISIT OUR PAYHOA FAQ PAGE FOR MORE INFO.

If you are interested in paying online, or receiving your invoices via email instead of US Mail, please contact the board at board@seaviewhoa.org to submit that request.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!

The Maintenance Committee is looking for 2 more volunteers to assist with planning, researching and developing a plan for maintenance of the Seaview building and property. If you are interested in joining this committee, please send an email to Board@SeaviewHOA.org

*** PAVING PROJECT ***

The Rock Creek Inn Condominiums (next door) will be paving their section of Miller St starting Monday June 20th.

They are working to minimize the impact to Seaview owners as much as possible- but there will be a several hour period when Miller St will be CLOSED as the asphalt is laid (and cools).
